Records and witness accounts may help counsel examine searches and seizures under the Fourth Amendment. Witness development and evidence review may also support counsel in addressing Sixth Amendment issues. Legal strategy, motions and advice remain the responsibility of the attorney.

5. REPORTING AND FOLLOW-UP

We organize findings into reports, witness summaries, timelines and evidence references. Further investigation may support motion preparation, trial, sentencing or authorized post-conviction work, depending on the case. Not every case requires every service, and no investigative outcome is guaranteed.
