Motor vehicle crashes: finding the missing view

After a collision involving a private car, delivery van, rental or fleet vehicle, two drivers may remember the same turn differently. We can visit the intersection, photograph each approach, ask nearby businesses about cameras and speak with willing witnesses. If a company vehicle was involved, we can identify who holds dispatch records or video so counsel can direct a preservation request.

Falls and other premises injuries

At a store entrance or parking lot, a later visit may show a new mat, a repaired curb or different lighting. We date our photographs, record where each was taken and distinguish what we observed from what witnesses remember about the day of the injury.
